Compare the offerings and select the best possible option for you. Now that you have completed major part of buying the house, you should conduct a last inspection before closing the deal.

Check the property of any sign of white ant, borers or termites. The last thing that you would want to spend on is the pest control in your new house. Check the floorboard thoroughly for cracks or damages. Check all the property related documents. If you are the office-goers, visit the property at different times to evaluation traffic conditions. Many home owners would recommend visiting the property on a rainy day to get firsthand knowledge about any leaks or drips. These are small things however not paying attention to them can snowball into bigger expenses. So keep your eyes open.
